Turvalisus<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Vesi \u00fcmbritseb meid igal pool. Olgu selleks meri, j\u00e4rv, j\u00f5gi, tiik v\u00f5i bassein \u2013 k\u00f5ik veekogud on ujuda mitte oskava inimese jaoks mingil m\u00e4\u00e4ral ohtlikud. Kuigi Eestis on suvi l\u00fchike ja kipub vahel jahedaks j\u00e4\u00e4ma, on rahustav m\u00f5elda, et m\u00f5nel t\u00f5eliselt palaval p\u00e4eval saavad inimesed end vees jahutada ilma, et sellega kaasneks suur risk nende tervisele.<\/p>\n

Kindlasti meeldib ka lastele sellise ilmaga vee l\u00e4hedal olla, mist\u00f5ttu on ujumisoskus h\u00e4davajalik. Kuigi 2016. aastal ei uppunud Eestis \u00fchetegi last, siis 2017. aastal oli see number kahjuks 4. Neist kaks kukkusid kodu l\u00e4hedal olnud veekokku p\u00e4rast seda, kui olid j\u00e4etud vaid hetkeks j\u00e4relvalveta. Karmid \u00f5ppetunnid elust meie \u00fcmber.<\/p>\n

Traumadevaene spordiala<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ujumine on tuntud oma vigastuste riski v\u00e4hesuse t\u00f5ttu. Enamlevinud vigastused ujumises on seotud \u00fclekoormusega, seda eriti \u00f5laliigese puhul. Kui need v\u00e4lja j\u00e4tta, siis ei kaasne ujumisega peaaegu \u00fchtegi vigastust. Kuna vesi hoiab keha ujumise ajal vee pinnal, ei kaasne ujumises keharaskuse liigutamisest tulenevaid p\u00f5rutusi nagu n\u00e4iteks jooksualadel. Ujumine pole oma olemuselt ka kontaktne spordiala, mist\u00f5ttu puuduvad sportm\u00e4ngudele omased traumad. Kuigi edasij\u00f5udnud ujujad, kes kunagi suurtel v\u00f5istlustel soojendusujumist on teinud ilmselt vaidlevad kontakti puudumise osas vastu. Kes pole eesujuja rinnulijalal\u00f6\u00f6giga head pauku vastu n\u00e4gu saanud, see pole elu n\u00e4inud.<\/p>\n

Kogu keha treening<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ujumine on v\u00e4ga hea aeroobne treening, mis arendab s\u00fcdame-veresoonkonda ning treenib palju erinevaid lihasgruppe. Vees liigutamine t\u00e4hendab t\u00f6\u00f6tamist takistuse vastu, mis omakorda arendab lihastes j\u00f5udu. Iga stiili puhul kaasatakse liigutustele vastavad lihased ja ujudes k\u00f5iki nelja stiili, saab arendada v\u00e4ga tugeva \u00fclakeha.<\/p>\n

Oskus terveks eluks<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ujumisoskus on nagu rattas\u00f5it. Inimene, kes on ujuma \u00f5ppinud ja ujumistrennis k\u00e4inud, seda oskust ei kaota. Ameeriklane Anthony Ervin ei k\u00e4inud p\u00e4rast 2003. aastat 7 aastat ujumas, ometi tuli 2016. aastal ol\u00fcmpiav\u00f5itjaks. M\u00f5ned asjad lihtsalt ei unune. Kui laps on varakult ujuma \u00f5ppinud, saab ta ala harrastada elu l\u00f5puni. See omakorda on hea nende f\u00fc\u00fcsilisele ja vaimsele tervisele ning aitab elada \u00f5nnelikku ja t\u00e4isv\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikku elu.<\/p>\n
